- David Becker (Rhythm guitar, lead vocals)
- Erin N. Lewis (Lead vocals)
- John Breen (Bass, keyboards, lead vocals)
- Richard Keith White (Lead guitar, backup vocals)
- Stacy Hill (Drums, vocals)
LITT UP started with Richard looking around for someone to make music with after leaving his former band; he was looking for something different other than the standard tunes that every other rock band in the area was playing. After numerous phone calls with area musicians who replied with “I’m way to busy,” “I got a real job,” “I just joined another band,” “I’d love to but…..(insert any reason),” or “I’m not a musician I’m a drummer….” he made one last ditch phone call to Erin to sing the lead vocals because Richard sucks at it, he’s the guitar player. Erin always declined to join a band in the past because she’s a school teacher and school teachers don’t have time for that s**t! This time Erin said “I’D LOVE TO!!”
After Richard picked himself up off the floor LITT UP started to take form with Erin on the lead vocal. But something was missing and Erin said my brother knows a guy, that knows a guy, that has a 2nd cousin on his 3rd stepmothers side that might be interested in joining a band. Enter Dave! He immediately wowed them with his vocal ability! So with Dave and Erin sharing the lead vocals they knew they were on to something really good. Also Dave plays guitar which was a big plus!
But something was missing? Oh yeah a drummer! Richard had one in mind that he heard at a downtown club one, or two, or was it three years ago? Time goes so fast when you’re not paying attention. His name was Travis, but where to find him? They tried to contact him on the phone, facebook and anybody on the street…but nobody seemed to know where Travis was? He fell off the face of the earth!!! Damn drummers anyways.
So in the meantime Richard ran into an old buddy that he played with in numerous bands in the past….he had a pretty good singing voice, a good dancer and pretty funny in the living room during a party. So John made his appearance. He combined his voice with Erin and Dave and they sounded just like angels with those sweet harmonies! Also he said he could play the bass guitar and piano which was a big plus!
So Richard, Erin, Dave and John started putting the show together. Their main focus was current rock with a little classic 80‘s rock mix; something that no other band was doing in the circuit that they play. But they still couldn’t find Travis? Damn drummers anyways!! So they decided to just chill and not worry about a drummer at that time….they met downtown for a few drinks to unwind. In the middle of their 2nd or was it 3rd? or 4th? or OH WHO CARES number of drinks, who walks in but TRAVIS!! Drummers are all about timing and it was meant to be. He said he was abducted by aliens for some kind of sex study, but that story is for another time….
So with the lineup full they decided to call themselves LITT UP because what else is there to life but to get LITT UP and play fun kickass rock & roll!
So next time your out and about and looking for a place to have fun! Go and get your LITT UP on!!!!!

Here we are a year later and LITT UP has become my favorite band! Erin has become the areas best front lady and favorite of everyone that hears her. David has stepped up his game and he’s belting out some great rock classics that everyone raves about! John has a brand-spanking new kidney and he’s thumping the bass guitar and keyboards with new energy! Richard is still on the lead guitar and still wearing glasses but loving every minute of it!
Sadly Travis was once again kidnapped by aliens and taken aboard the mother ship bound for galaxy RUFUKD2. Rumors have it they are conducting alien sex studies and we shutter to think that it might not be a hetero study…burrrrrrr. However, LITT UP keeps moving on and after several auditions and subs filling in on the drums, LITT UP asked Stacy to join the line-up as their drummer.(which he is doing a kick-ass job.)
So LITT UP keeps getting me LITT UP at every show…they have me fill ’em up and burn ’em to the ground. So if you haven’t seen a LITT UP show yet, you are missing out on something special. So get LITT UP and set this shit on FIRE!!!!
